Our design concept of a modular built edge unifying form factor is a convergence of energy, communications, edge computing & AI, IoT, within a robust and elegant building envelop system.

 Buildings act as a key role as the mediator of the urban environment. The building skin envelop has the opportunity to shape the next information era with the Lynx Built Edge DNA Infrastructure. We envision secure and fast edge computing, AI and inferencing integrated in the building envelope, taking advantage of harvesting the heat generation from the CPU/GPU's for the use of the building. 99% of energy that goes into data centres is converted to thermal energy, less than 1% turns into data, and predictions are being made to double the energy consumption to meet the demand for data centre infrastructures. We believe in mission critical resilient energy architecture integrated through thermal heat, solar PV, and battery storage, in auxiliary with fossil fuel sources to meet the demand for AI. Legacy energy infrastructure does not have the architecture to support the next generation of AI and the new information systems. The Lynx Built Edge also supports a new nodal architecture design for communications in extreme mobile broadband, embedded into the building skin unleashing its capability for resilient on-site edge computing and AI, addressing the current latency, energy cost and quality of service issues data centres have now.

The Lynx Built Edge Infrastructure is designed to be more secure than cloud computing, more efficient than Web 2.0 services, and enables rapid productivity to localized communities. Technologies that were not available 10 years ago like miniaturized powerful edge computing, antennae technology, AI, and others, all have made this orchestration platform possible today. '

Higher performance in the Lynx Edge Infrastructure opens access to untapped situational awareness to the local environment, whether inside the building or outside. This situational awareness was founded on the Lynx Australian Bush Fire Mitigation system, developed for rural properties to have fire safe sanctuary buildings with resilient IoT-AI-edge computing in a novel methodology of calculating vegetation fuel fire index, predictive forecasting and alerting for instant command structures in the local communities. Though this is one application for fire events, the technology DNA is the same for urban areas. Customized in the IoT and edge computing-AI design for the building's tenancy and local community requirements.
